As a key player in our organization, the Receivables Management Expert will be responsible for overseeing the company's receivables and ensuring efficient and accurate payment processing. Essential Functions:

  • Oversee the complete accounts receivable process, from invoicing to payment collection.
  • Reconcile client accounts to guarantee precision and promptness of payments.
  • Prepare and dispatch invoices, follow up on overdue accounts, and handle billing inquiries from clients.
  • Conduct routine audits of accounts to detect and rectify discrepancies.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues or disputes.
  • Generate reports on accounts receivable status and assist in financial forecasting activities.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.

  • Familiarity with Accounting ERP software for effective receivables management.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
