Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute all functions related to Accounts Receivables, including general accounting and cash management.
• Ensure timely receivables and posting within QuickBooks and other software.
• Research, reconcile, and resolve all invoices discrepancies and allocations.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct timely collections process.
• Preferable experience with WorldPay, PayTrace, HomeLink, Echo, Care Centrix, Boost, DOL, etc.
Requirements:
• +2-year(s) experience in managing AR functions.
• Strong history in collecting A/R for workers comp and commercial insurance.
• Experience with Brightree preferred.
• Must have experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft 365.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Quick learner and flexible.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• College degree preferred.
