Position Overview:
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our finance department, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role in managing the company's receivables and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing the full accounts receivable cycle, from invoicing to payment processing. This includes reconciling customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments, generating and sending invoices, following up on overdue payments, and addressing billing inquiries with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field and proficiency in Accounting ERP software for efficient management of receivables. Additionally, experience and proficiency in MS Office Applications Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, from invoicing to payment processing.
  • Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
  • Generate and send invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and address billing inquiries with clients.
  • Conduct regular audits of accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and contribute to financial forecasting efforts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Proficiency in Accounting ERP software for efficient management of receivables.
  • Experience and proficiency in MS Office Applications Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
