Our beverage program is crafted in partnership with Cure Co., a renowned cocktail-focused hospitality group from New Orleans. We are committed to serving world-class cocktails and providing outstanding service and hospitality to our guests.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and confident Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at Dauphine's, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and hospitality to our guests, while also maintaining a high level of knowledge about our beverage program.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests, including answering questions about our menu and beverage program
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our beverage program, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
  • Meet or exceed sales and service standards, while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
  • Excellent knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine, as well as mixology techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
