IT Support Specialist

Zenith Dental IT is looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to enhance our team in delivering exceptional technical assistance to dental practices nationwide.

This is a permanent, full-time remote position.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities are essential. Our team's culture and commitment to outstanding customer service are fundamental to our mission.

· Provide knowledge and expertise in managing various systems environments, ensuring optimal system performance and addressing any issues that may impact service quality.

· Diagnose and resolve system and network challenges, including hardware and software malfunctions.

· Address technology-related issues as they occur.

· Oversee and maintain computer systems and networks.

· Identify technical problems and propose effective solutions or enhancements.

· Conduct and document root cause analyses.

· Demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

- Proficient in installing software, printers, and scanners.

- Understanding of networking principles and remote access protocols such as LANs/WANs and TCP/IP.

- Experience with Active Directory.

- Strong analytical capabilities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills are essential.

- Effective time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

- High integrity, sound judgment, and situational awareness.

- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.

- Adaptability and flexibility in response to change.

- Outstanding customer service skills.
