Technical Support Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Computer Transition Services, Inc. (CTSI). As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-site hardware and software support to our clients, as well as assisting the help desk and other areas as needed in our busy Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients on-site, including hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
- Assist the help desk team with technical issues and provide support as needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their technical needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide expert-level support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in an MSP environment.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software, including LAN and network administration.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
