Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HVAC Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and training to our customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams, contractors, and clients on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC/R systems.
- Technical Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and installation assistance for HVAC/R equipment, including diagnosing and resolving issues with refrigeration circuits, components, and controls.
- Documentation and Reporting: Generate and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, best practices, and case studies.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide feedback on product performance and suggest enhancements.
- Client and Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored technical support and training solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC/R Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in HVAC/R technical support, installation, and troubleshooting, with a strong understanding of refrigeration systems and components.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
