As a Desktop Support Technician, you will provide on-site hardware and software support to our clients, and assist the help desk and other areas as needed in our busy Managed Service Provider (MSP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site hardware and software support to clients
  • Assist the help desk and other areas as needed
  • Work with clients to resolve technical issues and improve their IT experience
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to improve client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science or Computer Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of hardware and software, with LAN experience preferred
  • Desktop or previous help desk support experience preferred
  • Certifications are a plus, but not necessary
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
