Position Overview:

The Operations Specialist is tasked with overseeing and executing all operational activities within the office and warehouse, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.


Key Responsibilities:

The Operations Specialist will:

  • Collaborate with the Sales team, National Service Manager, and accounting department to facilitate daily operational tasks.
  • Handle receiving, warehousing, and distribution functions.
  • Assist with deliveries as necessary.
  • Manage all aspects of vehicle and equipment rentals.
  • Process service and parts orders received through various communication channels.
  • Oversee parts inventory management, including purchasing and transferring parts from the warehouse to van stock.
  • Handle daily service calls and installations.
  • Respond to inbound calls in the system.
  • Support the sales team with site visits and installations when required.
  • Promote Preventative Maintenance and Service Plans.
  • Conduct administrative tasks such as managing agendas, notes, and relevant research.
  • Establish and communicate timelines, project deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • A proven record of excellent attendance.
  • Proficiency in PC usage.
  • Accurate data entry capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
  • The ability to collaborate with customers to identify specific service needs.
  • A team-oriented mindset, working closely with all departments on a daily basis.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Bi-lingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
  • Experience in the Commercial Laundry Industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000.
