We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Meat Clerk to join our team at La Bodega Meat & Produce Warehouse. As a Meat Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of meat and produce products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of meat and produce products
  • Store and organize products in a safe and efficient manner
  • Operate machinery and equipment to facilitate the movement of products
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Assist in the resolution of any issues or discrepancies with products or equipment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or meat processing environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
