Reliability and meticulousness are critical attributes for success in this position. The accuracy and quality of customer shipments start with these team members, significantly impacting the service provided to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify incoming pick tickets
  • Utilize technology to locate products
  • Gather orders based on specified quantities and sizes, ensuring precision
  • Construct pallets with orders and position them for loading
  • Securely wrap orders prior to truck loading
  • Restock inventory manually or with warehouse machinery
  • Maintain records of completed orders
  • Ensure equipment is well-maintained and report any issues
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and quality standards

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in order picking or a similar warehouse role
  • Certification or experience in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
  • Familiarity with voice picking systems or RF devices
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good physical endurance and strength
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
