Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Enterprise Call Center. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Customer Interactions: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate Sales Leads: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and call handling quotas to contribute to the success of the team.
  • Document Customer Interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in CRM systems and practices, as well as have strong data entry skills and computer skills.
  • Language Skills: Be fluent in English and have strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
