Customer Service Representative Needed

PrideStaff is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our insurance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quote new business and process new business applications or rewritten policies
  • Follow up on leads and referrals, and capitalize on opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and multi-line customers
  • Review premium change reports and contact clients to review coverage and pricing
  • Remarket clients when needed as part of the renewal review
  • Review and respond to underwriting requests from carriers
Additional Duties:
  • Answer the phone in a courteous manner and assist as an interpreter with Hispanic clients
  • Enter payments on the computer as needed and enter new clients into the agency management system
  • Fax documents and scan documents to upload to agency management system or carrier websites
Work Schedule:

40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Flexible shift time)
