Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional product and service information to customers and sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be flexible, and able to handle a variety of tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person on various concerns.
  • Work with vendors and manufacturers on product inquiries.
  • Place purchase orders for tile, wood, stone, and other masonry products with various manufacturers and vendors.
  • Assist in resolving product and service issues as they arise.
  • Enter customer orders into the sales system.
  • Provide strong and reliable support to company operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel (JDE experience preferred).

Education
