PrideStaff is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.
Key Responsibilities:- Quote new business and process new business applications or to rewrite cancelled policies
- Follow up on leads and referrals, and quote policy changes
- Process policy changes, prepare client lists of upcoming policy renewals, and call clients 30-45 days prior to policy renewal to schedule appointments for an annual policy review
- Capitalize on opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and multi-line customers, review premium change reports, and contact clients to review coverage and pricing
- Remarket clients when needed as part of the renewal review, and review and respond to underwriting requests from carriers
- Answer the phone in a courteous manner, assist as interpreter with Hispanic clients, and enter payments on the computer as needed
- Enter new clients into the agency management system, fax documents, and scan documents and upload to agency management system or carrier websites
Work Schedule: 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Flexible shift time)
Compensation: Up to $15.00 per hour
