POSITION OVERVIEW

The Client Engagement Specialist position is essential for the operational execution within the Customer Experience team. The primary focus of this role is to manage and facilitate customer orders and quote inquiries. Effective execution and communication are vital for maintaining customer satisfaction and delivering an exceptional experience in this capacity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Processing customer orders efficiently.
  • Delivering quotes to clients promptly.
  • Handling both inbound and outbound communication.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Engaging with customers to assist with product orders or quotes.
  • Proactively informing customers of any changes in order status that require their attention.
  • Identifying potential sales leads and opportunities.
  • Leveraging upselling tools to enhance business growth.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales or account management roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel, etc.), ERP Systems, and CRM platforms.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or service roles.
  • Familiarity with fluid power systems.
  • Training or certifications in fluid power systems.
  • Understanding of the MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) sector.
