  • Value Stream Improvement: Maintain and improve the Window Fabrication and Assembly Current State Value Stream, driving Future State improvements aligned with company strategy.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field of study.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive management/leadership experience, with at least 5-7 years leading teams through lean manufacturing processes and practical applications.
  • Skills: Proven track record of implementing effective and sound Environmental Health & Safety programs and practices, demonstrated problem-solving skills, and ability to develop a team of problem solvers.
  • Abilities: Ability to manage projects, work under tight timelines, meet deadlines, multitask, manage and collaborate with a wide range of people, and identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
