About the Role

CorDx is a multinational biotech organization at the forefront of innovation and supply in global health. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's mission to deliver rapid testing and point-of-care medical device solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders: Work closely with senior leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that drive business success.
  • HR Advisory Services: Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management processes and tools to set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and evaluate employee performance.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the HR team to administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Interpret and apply HR policies and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Culture and Engagement: Promote a positive work environment and a culture of employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking, and analysis.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Coaching and consulting skills.
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English.
