Key Responsibilities

  • Build effective working relationships with site leaders and employees to drive business outcomes
  • Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, including compensation, benefits, and employee relations
  • Align HR goals with site business objectives and track progress
  • Partner with operations and maintenance leaders to ensure optimal staffing and talent management
  • Support supervisors, managers, and leaders in implementing our compensation philosophy and succession planning
  • Provide input and tools to support key employee retention, high potential employee development, and Principle-Based Management
  • Headcount reporting, timekeeping support, and HR systems support
  • Regular engagement with hourly staff through spending time in the plant
  • Ownership of HR projects and transformation initiatives with a focus on change management and leadership
  • Grievance/Arbitration management and navigating complex Labor Relations strategies and union relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 or more years in an HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Manager role
  • Experience partnering with plant leadership to drive initiatives
  • Experience developing and partnering with front-line supervisors
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to leaders
  • Knowledge of employment laws and practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, SHRM-CP, or SCP certification
  • Experience supporting a union facility
  • Experience with project management

Compensation and Benefits

We anticipate paying $90,000 – $120,000 per year, with eligibility for variable pay. Our benefits plan includes medical, dental, vision, flexible spending and health savings accounts, life insurance, ADD, disability, retirement, paid vacation/time off, educational assistance, and may also include infertility assistance, paid parental leave, and adoption assistance.
