Key Responsibilities

  • Build effective working relationships with site leaders and employees to drive business outcomes
  • Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters, including compensation, benefits, and employee relations
  • Align HR goals with site business objectives and track progress
  • Partner with operations and maintenance leaders to ensure optimal staffing and talent management
  • Support supervisors, managers, and leaders in implementing our compensation philosophy and succession planning
  • Provide input and tools to support employee development, retention, and engagement
  • Partner with leaders to grow the site's knowledge and application of Principle-Based Management
  • Manage HR projects and transformation initiatives, including change management and leadership development
  • Navigate complex labor relations strategies and union relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Manager role
  • Experience partnering with plant leadership to drive initiatives and develop front-line supervisors
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to leaders
  • Knowledge of employment laws and practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources or SHRM-CP/SCP certification
  • Experience supporting a union facility
  • Experience with project management

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, with eligibility for variable pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, and health savings accounts, life insurance, ADD, disability, retirement, paid vacation/time off, educational assistance, and more.
