Business Development Associate

At McGrath, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers, identifying new prospects, and developing strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new prospects and customers, and develop relationships to ensure attainment of company business goals.
- Effectively present and discuss the product and services of the company to current and prospective customers.
- Actively manage short and long-term leads from external lead sources to qualify prospects and advance them through the sales process.
- Develop a strategic sales plan that identifies prospects and customers, prioritizes them according to importance and ability to provide results.
Requirements:
- Effective prospecting skills and prior sales experience.
- Pursues everything with energy and drive, especially in the face of adversity.
- Is dedicated to exceeding expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Relates well to all types of people inside and outside the organization.
What We Offer:
- Base pay + Commission pay on each sale: $45-54k base pay annually DOE + Uncapped commission pay.
