Business Development Representative

As a key member of the HireQuest Direct team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and building strong customer relationships. This full-time hybrid position offers flexibility for some remote work and involves significant travel, with most days spent on the road, some days in the office, and occasional work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer service and account management activities to drive business growth
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and service goals
Requirements:
Reliable transportation for frequent travel
Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time
Open availability and flexibility for varying work schedules
