Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at Freeway Toyota of Gilroy. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming sales and service appointment queries, scheduling appointments, confirming pending appointments, and following up with missed appointments.
  • Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
  • Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
  • Confirm special order parts.
  • Help follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
  • Manage all required paperwork and records, preparing documentation as needed.
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar position, such as administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service.
  • Highly professional and dependable.
  • Working knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Dealership and Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
