Position Overview

As the Vice President of Technology Solutions, you will hold a newly established senior executive role responsible for the technology landscape within the Services division. A key focus will be on data infrastructure and analytics, where you will play a crucial role in shaping and managing our organization's data ecosystem. You will also oversee the integration and optimization of all technology assets within the Services portfolio, encompassing both internally developed solutions and those acquired through strategic partnerships.
Reporting directly to the Chief Services Officer and the President of Technology, you will manage all facets of data infrastructure, architecture, engineering, analytics, and product development initiatives driven by data insights. Your responsibilities will include the design and implementation of robust data solutions, the enhancement of data processes, the promotion of innovation in data-centric product development, and the assurance of data integrity and security across the organization. Additionally, you will ensure alignment with technology standards across all Business Units and acquired entities within the Services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• **Management of Technology Solutions**
- Lead the design and execution of technology integration and development initiatives across all technology assets within the Services division, ensuring efficiency, security, scalability, resilience, and business differentiation.

• **Data Infrastructure Development**
- Spearhead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performance data infrastructure to meet the organization's data requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data infrastructure needs and ensure alignment with business goals.

• **Data Architecture and Engineering**
- Establish and uphold data architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks to guarantee the consistency, reliability, and scalability of data assets.
- Supervise the engineering team in developing and optimizing data integration solutions.

• **Data Analytics Strategy**
- Define and implement the organization's data analytics strategy, encompassing data modeling and analysis to interconnect data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques and tools to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within extensive datasets, including the application of AI.

• **Data-Driven Product Development**
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to embed data insights into the product development lifecycle, fostering innovation and enhancing user experiences.
- Apply data-driven methodologies to refine and optimize product features and functionalities.

• **Team Leadership and Development**
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the data infrastructure, architecture, engineering, and analytics teams, nurturing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Set clear objectives, prioritize initiatives, and empower team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

• **Data Governance and Compliance**
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and compliance requirements to ensure data privacy, security, and adherence to regulations.
- Monitor data quality, implement data quality management processes, and oversee data governance initiatives to maintain data integrity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale technology operations, data infrastructure, data architecture, engineering, analytics, and data-driven product development.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable data infrastructure using modern technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, distributed systems, big data frameworks).
• Experience managing, integrating, and optimizing both internally developed and acquired technologies across diverse environments and geographies.
• Familiarity with regulated technology environments, particularly regarding software development lifecycles and risk management.
• Proven track record in creating market-facing B2B technology services, from initial conception to large-scale operation and monetization.
• Proficiency in data architecture principles, data modeling techniques, and data governance frameworks.
• Extensive experience with data analytics tools and methodologies, including statistical analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling, and AI.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving innovation through data-driven insights.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in data security and compliance.
