We are seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to construction or maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with superintendents, foremen, and project managers to plan and direct project activities.
  • Establish project objectives, policies, and procedures within company policy and contract specifications.
  • Represent the company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers to produce shop drawings from architectural drawings.
  • Communicate with customers and contractors during project execution.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and track progress.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports and forecasts.
  • Participate in department meetings and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum years of project management experience or related experience.
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
