  • Best Practices: Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management to drive consistency and excellence.
  • Industry Knowledge: Utilize Best Practices of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous improvement to drive project success.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-7 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity or engineering field.
  • Project Management Skills: Project Management skills for overall project success delivery.
  • Cost Consciousness: Cost consciousness in managing project budgets.
  • Mathematical Skills: Strong mathematical skills are needed in order to reduce risks and improve accuracy.
  • Innovation: Demonstrate innovation in improving operations.
  • Technical Skills: Functional experience in the use of AutoCAD, Inventor or Solid Works, Rockwell Automation software and control products.
  • Software Skills: Skilled in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Database Knowledge: Working knowledge of JD Edwards and Database structures is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and analytical skills.
