About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative team at Jobot. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile construction projects and make a significant impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Prepare and analyze project bids, purchase orders, and contracts to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in multifamily and renovation construction.
  • Proven experience in project management and supervision, including the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficient in preparing and analyzing project bids, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
  • OSHA certification.
