Job Overview

The role of the Senior Sales Executive at ttcInnovations is crucial in driving our mission as a premier provider of customized learning solutions. The Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in generating revenue by identifying and nurturing relationships with influential stakeholders in large enterprises, discerning their requirements, and proposing customized solutions that resonate with their strategic ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute impactful sales strategies to surpass sales objectives.
  • Proactively seek out and engage large clients, gaining insight into their business needs and challenges.
  • Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Effectively present and communicate learning solutions to executive-level stakeholders, addressing their specific challenges.
  • Showcase the company's value proposition in enhancing the capabilities of the client's internal learning teams.
  • Conduct client-focused presentations and demonstrations to illustrate the benefits of our services.
  • Employ solution-selling techniques to uncover customer pain points and position our offerings as the ideal solution.
  • Analyze complex issues in real-time and devise innovative, practical solutions.
  • Adapt strategies and approaches based on evolving information and changing circumstances.
  • Clearly communicate decisions and instructions to team members and stakeholders.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively implement measures to mitigate risks.
  • Negotiate contracts effectively to optimize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to fulfill customer needs and stay informed about market trends.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Engage in high-level sales negotiations and finalize agreements that meet both client and company expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where quick decision-making is essential.
  • Proven success in achieving annual sales targets in a B2B sales context.
  • Expertise in strategic account management.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven capability to build rapport and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Experience utilizing CRM software to manage sales processes and customer interactions efficiently.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Learning and Development sector, particularly in custom learning solutions.

Compensation: $60K base salary with performance-based incentives.
