About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Ambassador. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and providing personalized support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced branch environment.
  • Process a wide range of transactions, including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and mitigate potential fraud risks, adhering to established operational policies and procedures.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features, providing customers with informed and personalized recommendations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
  • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
  • At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using banking software and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • 2+ years of retail, sales, or banking experience.
