Currently, we are in search of a Financial Operations Specialist to enhance our skilled workforce.


Key Responsibilities

This role encompasses various accounting duties, inventory management, and administrative processes pertinent to our operations. You will collaborate closely with logistics personnel and management.

  • Document daily financial activities, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments using accounting software.
  • Prepare, process, and monitor invoices for goods received and dispatched.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt transactions.
  • Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock within authorized limits.
  • Assist the logistics manager throughout the procurement cycle and support maintaining backup sources for high-demand products.
  • Administer the inventory system under the guidance of the logistics manager, including periodic checks and audits of physical inventory.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain essential documents, records, and files.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, or five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills with warehouse staff, other team members, and external vendors.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management practices.
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently.
