Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As the financial backbone of the company, you will be responsible for driving financial processes, building and maintaining financial models, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Your expertise will be crucial in influencing strategic decisions, supporting corporate initiatives, and managing the company's debt facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to guide decision-making, drive budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Financial Operations: Assist in the company's accounting and financial close process, improve operating teams' understanding of financial statements, and ensure budget adherence.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Leverage your financial background to support and influence key strategic and business decisions, including board meetings and fundraising.
  • Debt Facility Management: Manage the day-to-day requirements of the company's debt facility, ensuring compliance and optimal utilization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, strategic or investment finance, accounting, or FP&A.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, experience building models from scratch, and a strong understanding of financial accounting.
  • Personal Qualities: Sound business judgment, ability to bring clarity through business insights, and a willingness to challenge existing processes.
