About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at NOW CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform financial forecasting and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting regulations.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and guidance.
  • Prepare and submit tax documents and assist with tax planning activities.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records, both physical and electronic.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Management experience is a plus, particularly in overseeing international teams or projects.
