Baseballism is the official off-the-field brand of baseball, rooted in the tradition, history, and elegance of America's Pastime. Our retail establishment in Chicago is seeking dedicated sales associates to join our team.
We are in search of an individual who can embody our brand values and treat this location with the utmost care and attention.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Uphold visual and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom.
- Implement merchandising strategies, including apparel placement and folding.
- Foster a lively and engaging atmosphere for both customers and staff.
- Interact with customers to ensure their needs are met beyond expectations.
- Process transactions, manage returns, and replenish the sales floor.
- Demonstrate integrity and maintain a positive attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior customer service experience is beneficial.
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
- Familiarity with baseball or softball is essential.
