Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant

Comcast is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our retail team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services, utilizing your knowledge, skills, and technology to deliver a world-class sales and service experience.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Comcast products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers, providing product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities.
- Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions, listening and evaluating customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives, providing comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensuring customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services.
- Perform operational and administrative tasks, partnering with customer care to resolve customer issues as needed.
- Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates, complying with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
- Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning, knowing and understanding sales compensation plan and its key elements.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s), and overtime as needed, and be able to carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes, stand, and move about the store constantly.

Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-5 years of sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
