Field Support Coordinator

At Southeast Connections, LLC, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Support Administrator to join our team. This role will serve as a liaison between field operations and office personnel, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage detailed spreadsheets to track progress and performance.
- Collaborate with Foreman/Supervisor/Superintendent to meet customers' needs and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate and oversee the new work and main tracker, verifying and processing documentation and permits as required.
- Receive and process work orders through customer portals or email, and assist Foreman with questions regarding ticket numbers and work orders.
- Process daily completed projects for external and internal customer records, and schedule sub-contractors based on dispatch.
- Process invoices for subcontractors for passthrough billing, and assist with projects and customer commitments.
- Assist with new hire candidate documentation, and maintain detailed and accurate production records in a timely manner.
- High School Diploma required; business degree or certificate with concentrations in business administration preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry, with strong written, oral, and communication skills.
The physical demands of this role include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, as well as the ability to walk, lift, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 15 pounds frequently.
