Job Title: Field Support Administrator

At Southeast Connections, LLC, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Support Administrator to join our team. This role will serve as a liaison between field operations and office personnel, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed spreadsheets to track progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with Foreman/Supervisor/Superintendent to meet customers' needs and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee the new work and main tracker, verifying and processing documentation and permits as required.
  • Receive and process work orders through customer portals or email, and assist Foreman with questions regarding ticket numbers and work orders.
  • Process daily completed projects for external and internal customer records, and schedule sub-contractors based on dispatch.
  • Process invoices for subcontractors for passthrough billing, and assist with projects and customer commitments.
  • Assist with new hire candidate documentation, and maintain detailed and accurate production records in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; business degree or certificate with concentrations in business administration preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry, with strong written, oral, and communication skills.
Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, as well as the ability to walk, lift, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 15 pounds frequently.
