Job Title: Vice President of Sales

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Vice President of Sales to lead our sales efforts in the West Region, with a focus on San Francisco and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the West Region to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the West Region, focusing on key industries and verticals.
  • Collaborate with our alliance partners to drive joint sales activity.
  • Build strong relationships with clients for EOS, understanding their unique needs and positioning EOS IT Solutions as a trusted partner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes in the West Region.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business expansion and differentiation.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated success consistently achieving sales targets using a consultative, solution-oriented approach focusing on customer outcomes.
  • 8+ years of success managing a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC or MEDDPIC.
  • Strong values-based leadership with a passion for mentoring a diverse sales team.
  • Adept at managing sales/revenue forecasts and developing strategies to bridge gaps to achieve targeted results.
  • 5+ years of strong understanding of IT managed services, networking, and AV industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance sales teams.
  • Ability to close deals by employing a variety of strategic angles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
