Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our organization as a Sales Operations Coordinator. This role is essential in supporting the strategic initiatives and development activities of our sales operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong enthusiasm for driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Pipeline Oversight:
Assist in overseeing the sales pipeline, which includes monitoring leads, opportunities, and client engagements.

Client Prospecting Support:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and avenues for business growth.

Marketing Material Development:
Aid in the production of engaging content for proposals, presentations, and promotional materials in collaboration with corporate resources.

Event Coordination:
Organize logistics for client meetings, workshops, and events, which encompasses scheduling, venue arrangements, and travel logistics.

Internal Communication:

Act as a liaison for internal operational services, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project progress.


Data Management:
Ensure the maintenance of precise records and databases related to client information, project specifics, and sales activities.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within Resultant to guarantee the smooth execution of projects and initiatives.

Administrative Assistance:
Provide general administrative support to Senior Directors and the Sales Operations team as required.
