Sales and Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
The Sales and Administration position at Les Schwab Tire Centers is responsible for performing administrative duties related to store accounting and operations, assisting in the sales of tires and wheels to customers, providing excellent customer service, and completing work according to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and discuss their needs and answer questions related to merchandise, vehicle repairs, and other issues.
- Provide product and service quotes and refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
- Assist in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures, including the administration of the Les Schwab credit program.
- Assist with store inventory and picking up merchandise and parts as required.
- Provide excellent customer service, promote store sales, and ask questions to identify customer wants and needs.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
- Continuous standing and walking.
