Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Atender las llamadas entrantes de los clientes y proporcionar respuestas precisas y satisfactorias a sus preguntas y preocupaciones.
  • Realizar llamadas salientes a clientes potenciales y existentes para programar citas y hacer seguimiento a consultas.
  • Manejar quejas de clientes, ofrecer soluciones adecuadas y hacer seguimiento para asegurar la resolución.
  • Mantener y actualizar los registros de clientes en el sistema CRM.
  • Procesar pedidos, formularios, solicitudes y peticiones de los clientes.
  • Programar y confirmar citas para consultas de ventas y visitas de servicio.
  • Asistir con tareas administrativas ligeras como la entrada de datos, archivo y gestión de documentos.
  • Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para mejorar el servicio al cliente y asegurar el buen funcionamiento de las operaciones del centro de llamadas.
  • Proporcionar retroalimentación y sugerencias para mejorar los procesos de servicio al cliente y administrativos.
  • Adherirse a las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa mientras se mantiene una actitud profesional.

Calificaciones:

  • Diploma de secundaria o equivalente; se prefiere un título de asociado o superior.
  • Experiencia comprobada como representante de centro de llamadas o en un rol similar de servicio al cliente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbales como escritas.
  • Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y una actitud centrada en el cliente.
  • Competente en el uso de sistemas informáticos y software CRM.
  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y gestionar el tiempo de manera efectiva.
  • Atención al detalle y precisión en la entrada de datos y tareas administrativas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
