Job Description

Associa is seeking a Client Services Specialist to join our team in Wilmington, NC.

The Client Services Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer service experience for a professional property management company.

This position involves managing the reception area, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.

The Client Services Specialist will maintain office functionality, serve as a liaison between clients, residents, and internal departments, and uphold high service standards.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining a professional and efficient office environment, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and contributing to the success of the property management company.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming email inquiries
  • Assist incoming calls and walk-in traffic
  • Show properties to prospective tenants when needed
  • Assist with new tenant move-ins
  • Assist vendors checking out keys
  • Assist showing agents, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
  • Oversee daily mail distribution
  • Deliver and install property yard signs as needed
  • Photograph and/or video properties as needed
  • Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong self-initiative but capable of collaborating in a group setting
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to manage various tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficient in customer service software and CRM systems
