Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment, ensuring maximum reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and machinery
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve equipment and machinery performance
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
  • Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
