Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospitals. As a key member of our hospital team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, ensuring a seamless client experience, and driving the flow of clients and pets through our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Client Flow Management: Coordinate the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing productivity and ensuring a smooth client experience.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, veterinarians, and hospital staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and financial management, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client and operational issues, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; medical background or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: One year of related experience required, with customer service experience preferred.
