We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neuro Services Coordinator RN to join our team at the Arkansas Neurosciences Institute. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our doctors and nurses in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of unit schedules to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
  • Contribute to the development and achievement of departmental budgets and goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care according to established standards, policies, and procedures, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Maintain ongoing compliance with regulatory standards through patient rounding, EOC (environment of care) rounding, and physician rounding, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for patients and staff.
  • Participate in educational programs to enhance clinical and management experience, staying up-to-date with the latest best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program college or university.
  • Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Arkansas Board of Nursing or compact state.
  • 3+ years of extensive and recent neurosurgery nursing experience.
  • 1 year of charge/management experience preferred.
