The Field Coordinator plays a vital role in our team, reporting directly to the Registered Nurse (RN). Their primary responsibility is to ensure the optimal delivery of our care services and foster a productive, compassionate care team environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality assurance visits to review care notes and assess client satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and addressing concerns.
  • Evaluate clients to determine their service needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Document compliments, concerns, and complaints related to caregiver performance, maintaining accurate records.
  • Present our services to potential clients and referral sources, building strong relationships and promoting our care services.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts as directed, helping to expand our reach and visibility.
  • Provide direct care to clients as necessary, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
  • Assist with client intakes, assessments, and care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and effective care delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the RN or management team.
