Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Land Surveyor to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing survey projects, developing business relationships, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee survey projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with clients, and negotiate contracts.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in land surveying, with a strong background in project management and business development.
  • Certifications: RPLS certification and strong CAD software skills.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
