About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Land Development Project Manager to join our team at TranSystems. As a key member of our Land Development group, you will be responsible for managing complex land development projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage land development projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including practice leaders, project managers, environmental scientists, landscape architects, and surveyors.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Provide excellent client service, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships.
  • Assist in the proposal process, including pursuit strategy, scope and fee development, and client expectation management.
  • Oversee the design of land development projects, promoting quality and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field from an ABET-accredited engineering school or university program.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 6 years of direct professional experience in land development.
  • Valid NC Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
