Our operations span from New England to Seattle, Washington, supporting TBI's residential, commercial, apartment, and urban living initiatives.

We are currently seeking a Field Land Surveyor/Party Chief to enhance our team in the Charlotte, North Carolina region. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage in various land surveying activities within residential land development projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct residential building stakeouts
- Perform residential as-builts (wall checks/Location Surveys)
- Execute topographic surveys
- Oversee residential infrastructure stakeouts (water, sewer, storm C&G)
- Manage site as-builts
- Carry out basic computations and cutsheets
- Perform boundary surveys
- Conduct ALTA surveys
Qualifications
Do you possess the following attributes?
- Ability to keep pace with evolving survey technologies
- Comfort in working independently in remote locations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to thrive in a physically and technically demanding environment
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings
- Familiarity with survey-specific codes and regulations
Do you meet these requirements?
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is advantageous
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Additional survey-specific coursework is a plus
- Clean driving record
