About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts and Marketing Manager to join our Transactions and Marketing Legal team at Intuit. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to drive business growth and prosperity for consumers and small businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide contract support to Intuit's cross-functional business requesters in Sourcing, Finance, and other areas.
  • Assist product and marketing teams in reviewing marketing materials, identifying regulatory, privacy, and intellectual property issues, and ensuring compliance with contests and sweepstakes regulations.
  • Develop and maintain guidelines and playbooks for contract management, and provide on-going contracts-related training to various stakeholders.
  • Utilize CLM tools to assign and manage contracts, and review executed contracts against existing templates.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience reviewing marketing materials and negotiating domestic and foreign transaction agreements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in building deep relationships, communicating with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders, and working collaboratively towards team goals.
  • Proven track record of successfully adapting and thriving in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and commercial principles, including cancellations and returns, product and service representations and warranties, intellectual property ownership, limitation of liability, and advertising and consumer protection laws.
