Senior Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our team at Athelas + Commure. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack, developing data-driven recommendations to improve customer journeys, and building scalable processes to manage a growing amount of marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless automation, integration, and data integrity.
- Build a deep understanding of customer journeys and make data-driven recommendations to the marketing team on segmentation, pain points, and timing.
- Develop and maintain a robust lead scoring and routing engine to ensure prospects follow the ideal journey according to their needs.
- Partner with operations teams to plan, execute, and measure campaigns, creating scalable processes to manage a growing amount of marketing activity.
- Establish clear metrics and reporting frameworks to assess marketing ROI and guide future investment decisions.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Central or Revenue Operations, or a similar field.
- High proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce.
- Advanced understanding of marketing attribution methodologies and ability to align reporting to decision-making.
- Experience building and implementing effective performance management systems.
