We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join our team at Tampa Gardens Senior Living. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting and Negotiating Commercial Contracts: You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and advising on various commercial transactions, including data licenses, software as a service (SaaS), marketing, sales, and other commercial contracts.
- Infrastructure Service Transactions: You will have a primary focus on infrastructure service transactions, including AI services, and will work closely with our business partners to ensure that these transactions are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Marketing Activities: You will support marketing activities, including online social marketing, claims substantiation, comparative claims, and the structuring and interpretation of survey results.
- Privacy Requirements: You will review and input on the privacy terms of our agreements, ensuring compliance with both U.S. and E.U. privacy requirements.
- JD Degree: You must have a J.D. degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school or meet the requirements for legal education in a foreign country.
- Experience: You should have at least 10 years of experience working in transactions and marketing, preferably in the tech field.
- Strategic Thinking: You should be able to think strategically and leverage strong analytical skills to drive business results.
- Collaboration: You should have a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build enduring partnerships with our business partners.
